The GYC 43 is Glacier Yachts’ fully electric aluminium passenger catamaran, conceived for sustainable urban and river transport. Designed with Dutch naval architects De Groot, and built by Glacier’s shipyard in Latvia, she has already entered public service: Four GYC 43s now operate on the Neris in Vilnius as part of the city’s transport network.

Quiet, zero-emission and shallow-draft, she is equally suited to municipal ferry routes, water-taxi services or private passenger operations. Solar coverage across some 80% of the roof supports the battery system, while the interior is arranged for comfortable day transit, bicycle carriage and full accessibility.
